I’m an independent commercial mediator accredited since 2010, and in-house legal counsel since 2017, having spent the first 16 years of my career in private practice specialising in commercial litigation. My particular and rare experience, in both advising clients at mediation in my private practice role and acting as the commercial client at mediation in my in-house role, gives me an edge in understanding the mediation process.
